We want you to be completely satisfied with your Virtuosity Wear purchase. For retail orders, we offer a 14-day return policy. However, please note that wholesale purchases and payments for services are non-refundable.
Conditions for Return (Retail Only):
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Products must be returned in their original box and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized items
- Undergarments and swimwear
How to Return:

Packaging: Securely package the items, including the original box and packaging.

Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service to send your return. Please note, Virtuosity Wear is not responsible for lost returns.

Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
